My salad of choice here includes citrus~ orange bits and pineapple chunks – leafy Swiss chard greens, and tender dandelion leaves that provide a mild detox. The healthy fat is avocado cut into cubes, and sprinkles of seeds. Nuts are also great when handy. Here, pepita ( pumpkin) and sesame seeds offer a wealth of nutrients in compact packaging.
