Welcome to my web-blog. This space is created with a conscious eye to locally grown produce, seasonal food choices and how these can impact our health and well-being.
I am a home cook who became interested in healthy eating as a young mother in the early 1970’s. My health journey has continued to be progressive though the years and now decades.
