The shift from summer to fall happened gradually. First, there was a nip in the air, then windy days and cool nights followed. The leaves are starting to change color and fall, and we naturally align with the wisdom of nature.

As the seasons change, so does our local produce, growing right in sync with nature. This approach ensures we enjoy the freshest, most flavorful vegetables while allowing us to harmonize our diet with the natural rhythm of the seasons.
I invite you to prepare and enjoy the seasonal dishes pictured above which includeā marinated beets full of earthy and sweet flavor, silky smooth butternut squash soup, and roasted carnival and delicata squash, stuffed to perfection. These are quick, nourishing side dishes that will keep you in sync with natureās flow. The recipes are from my cookbook, click “Book” on the menu or click https://bit.ly/3vaykhC
